We understand that having a claim can be one of the scariest times you can experience. We are here to help you in every way we can to make this process as easy as it can be for you. In order to help us give you the fastest and most accurate help possible please have the following items ready when contacting us about a claim:
- Your full name.
- Primary insured full name
- The insurance company your insured through and your policy #
- Your home phone and cell phone #s with area code.
- All the details you know about the claim: who was the claim on, what was the nature of the claim, what day did the claim happen?
- What specific questions do you have about the claim?
The preferred method to receive all claims questions and the above essential information is to email us at claims@insontheweb.com or you can call our office directly at 800-783-9417. Typically we help you handle all claims but if this is an after hours emergency please call the number on your insurance card.
