Group coverage has many variables to every plan. With all the variables possible we do not have an online rating system available or online applications. If you would like options to improve the cost and coverage of your current group plan please fill out our forms below. What we need from your group is a PRE-APPLICATION MEDICAL QUESTIONAIRE for every employee to be covered and one Insurance Options Page filled out for the entire group. This will help us get the most accurate quotes possible. Then fax all pages to our office at 800-211-2597 or email them to sales@insurance-sol.com. We will then quote your group with all the major carriers and find the best quotes available for your business situation.
